While at Smith Brothers Agency, Ghirardelli Chocolate came to us with the idea of creating a national promotion that would allow consumers to not only create their own chocolate flavor, but give them the ability to vote for the next Ghirardelli flavor to be produced. In that regard, we were in charge of allowing consumers to literally customize their chocolate experience.
I was the lead on the development team that put this plan into action. By creating an engaging and exciting site, our team was able to capture the spirit and enthusiasm that Ghirardelli hoped would drive this promotion. The campaign we created generated over 10,000 submissions in the first month alone, helping to generate buzz and grow Ghirardelli’s expansive customer base by that much more.
