A good friend of mine named Travis Neely came to me with a problem: his website was running off of a proprietary system which left him with little ability to customize, as well as a counter-intuitive system to manage his photography business. In order to solve the problem, I would need to present his work in a feature rich way and also give him the flexibility to manage his content with ease.
I reached out to interactive designer Gage Salzano for some help, and through that partnership we were able to create an engaging, elegant experience for his customers to experience his work. Also, keeping Travis' convenience in mind, we were also able to provide him with a content management system (Drupal) that made managing his website simple and painless.
It’s a common problem in my line of work: people or companies who have something to share with an interactive audience, but have a difficult time finding the right way to do so. With intuitive design and intelligent development, these problems can be easily solved.
